Welcome to Piney Branch Golf Club. We are a private club in Northwest Baltimore County just a short ride from Reisterstown, Hunt Valley, Westminster and Hampstead. Our newly built 20,000 square foot Clubhouse offers impressive Banquet and Dining facilities for a relaxing meal in the Grill Room with friends after a round of golf or bring your family for an evening dinner. Our Shilling Ballroom and catering service is available to the general public, and we welcome all special event inquiries. This window lined ballroom offers a panoramic view of the golf course which affords you and your guests a memorable dream wedding reception venue or other special event. Our elegant Shilling Main and Junior ballrooms will accommodate up to 250 people. While you’re visiting with us have a drink on the veranda or unwind on our outdoor covered pavilion

Proper attire is required at all times by all Members and their guests while at Piney Branch. Those who do not conform to such dress code standards will be denied access to the golf course, driving range, practice green and other practice areas. Similarly, they will not be provided with service from the Duffer’s Club restaurant, grill room or any other Club amenities. As a private club, Piney Branch reserves the right to allow the PGA professional and the Club managers to make the determination as to “proper attire” in any given situation. The Membership Committee and the Board of Directors may also consider further dress code restrictions, as well as potential penalties upon those who do not conform.

1. Jeans are not permitted on the golf course, driving range or practice green. Jeans will be permitted in the clubhouse (pro shop, lounge & dining room); however, the denim must be clean, neat and give a casual professional appearance. Cutoffs, torn or distressed jeans will not be permitted.
2. Slacks and proper length Bermuda-type shorts are recommended. Cutoffs, inappropriate length shorts (short shorts), gym shorts, jogging or sweat suits, bicycle pants, swim suits, overalls or excessively baggy pants are prohibited.
3. Collared shirts, turtlenecks and golf-style mock turtlenecks are recommended. Tee shirts, men’s tank tops and sports jerseys are not allowed. Women’s bikini, halter, tube or crop tops are not permitted.
4. It is requested that gentlemen keep their shirt tails tucked in at all times.
5. It is also requested that gentlemen remove their hats while in the dining facilities.
6. Proper golf shoes with soft spikes are required. Street shoes are not allowed on the golf course, practice green, driving range or any other practice areas.
7. In an effort to maintain the carpet and flooring in the dining facilities and clubhouse, Members and their guests are asked to make every effort to minimize the wearing of golf shoes throughout the building.
