Spring Hill's championship 18 hole course was built upon some of the most fertile ground in the world over 50 years ago. The terrain of the land and soil types make it such that Spring Hill is one of the most enjoyable winter courses in the entire Pacific Northwest. Spring Hill has a unique "dewatering" system that allows the irrigation pumps used to water the course in the summer to a pump rainwater that is collected throughout the course into drainage areas and holding ponds.
