Grasslands is traditional golf in a modern atmosphere. Opened in 1990, the course was designed by Jerry Pate & Bob Cupp and restored in 2008 by the Jerry Pate Design Group. The greens were converted to "Champion" ultra-dwarf Bermuda grass, the tee boxes were rebuilt, and the entire course underwent irrigation, drainage, bunkerwork and beautification changes.
