Hidden Valley Country Club is a premiere private, family-oriented Country Club nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains in the heart of the Roanoke Valley. Membership at our Club allows for personalized service in an inviting and familiar environment.

With the beautiful championship golf course as its centerpiece, Hidden Valley is a full-service Club that, in addition to golf, also offers tennis, swimming, & Clubhouse facilities. We are dedicated to providing members and their guests with the finest facility in the Roanoke/Salem area.

In 1948, twenty-six gentlemen came together and started Hidden Valley Country Club. The group hired Dick Wilson to design the course. Mr. Wilson is famous for designing Doral and Pine Tree among many other great courses. In 1951 nine holes were open for play and a year later a full eighteen holes. The story goes, Mr. Wilson had a hard time finding the land that he had been hired to turn into a golf course, and thus, “Hidden Valley” became the name of the Club.

Our members take great pride in having made their Club what it is today while still respecting and treasuring its history. With that pride comes a sense of duty to make sure Hidden Valley continues to maintain a reputation of being the best.
