The centerpiece at Lexington is the magnificent 18-hole, par 71, Championship Golf Course—home of the VSGA championship golf tournament. With two nine hole loops players have a challenging variety of shots. The course promises enjoyment for golfers of all skill levels. The course plays from 4,845 to 6,386 yards with four sets of tee boxes. A wide angled driving range, large practice green and short game practice area allow members to warm up before teeing off or just fine tune their swing or putting stroke. Golf course architects Ellis Maples & Ed Seay, masterfully designed the existing Lexington course in 1971.
