Tom Fazio's first Ohio golf course is a natural masterpiece. Situated in the western foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, the course features gently rolling countryside, dramatic elevation changes, unique wetlands, and a plentiful mix of mature hardwoods. The property contains the headwaters of both the Chagrin and Cuyahoga rivers, and has been designated as a signature wildlife sanctuary by the Audubon Society- the first Ohio course to be granted this recognition. With its multiple teeing grounds and superb conditioning, Sand Ridge is a pleasure to play regardless of a player's ability or experience. Low handicap players put their skills to the test from the challenging back tees, while higher handicappers can move forward to make the course more playable. Tom Fazio designed the course to be walked, and one of the area's best caddie programs preserves this wonderful tradition of the game.
